Reception Hours
Our reception is open Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:30am and 8:30pm.
Should you need to check in after 8:30pm please let our friendly staff know at the time of booking.
Bookings
Credit card details are required to book accommodation at Mackay Motor Inn. Bookings can be made by phone, fax, email or directly from our website.
Arrivals and Departures
Your accommodation will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is strictly 10am. |

Smoking
All buildings and units at Mackay Motor Inn are strictly non smoking.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that all cancellations may incur a minimum charge of $25 for cancellations outside of 24 hours notice.
If bookings are cancelled after 2pm of the day before check in, the first nights accommodation may be charged.
An early departure fee of 1 nights accommodation may also be charged if a booking is changed during your stay.
For group and long term bookings, special cancellation terms are applicable outside of the above terms and will be advised in your confirmation email. |
